A few poems
here's two poems i wrote, they have to do with my attempt to become a filmmaker, let me know what ya think...

1)
Translucent dreams always seem to find
A way to scheme their way into my mind

2)
Delusions have invaded my mind
Like a plague devouring my soul
I try to rewind the time but only find
That I am nothing more than a fool
So here I sit, stuck in hell
A constant yell screams inside my head
To be dead must be better than living
In this unforgiving world that builds up my frustration
As I search for a justification of my own existence
Persistence and Assistance is what I need
Resistance is what I receive
When it all comes down to it
Everything is bull**** piled upon bull****
The things I try so hard for elude me
While the deluded things come to me so easily
What the f*ck???
Duck, Duck, Chuck, Goose
Moose
So here I am in a caboose living in a world that doesn't exist
And even though I resist the temptation to give up
I try to live up to my goals of succeeding and not being a fool
I can only wonder how long this **** will last
Will I pass or will I fail?
Is this heaven or is this hell?
I guess only time will tell...

the frustrations of being an artist
dreams - a key reason for an artist to create

the frustration of impossible dreams, love turn into energy

persistence and assistence help, encouragement of course

yet passion is essential

Regarding Mike Newman's two poems
I thought your poems were really good - I really enjoyed them. It takes a lot of guts to share one's poetry with the world. Good luck in your career.
