Private passions
Hi Sally, I don't know how else to contact you, but found this through Google. I am ashamed to say that until today I hadn't heard of you. There's little in the way of independent cinema here in the south-west of Cornwall. I was driving along and caught a bit of your Private Passions on Radio 3. You played a piece by your composer friend whose name I didn't catch. You said she has MS. MS can be cured if caught early enough (despite what the 'experts' say). I have heard of Reiki curing MS at phase 1, and Gerson therapy curing it at phase 2. And probably Brandon Bays' "the Journey" would help too. Never give up - life is too good, and she's a damn fine composer! By the way, it's a lovely website. I'll look out for your films. You sound a lovely person. Best wishes.

LINDSAY COOPER
The name of my composer friend is Lindsay Cooper. She kept herself relatively symptom free for more than ten years after her diagnosis by using exactly the kinds of methods you describe, but sadly, there came a moment when nothing seemed to make a substantial difference any more. But you are right to remind us never to give up. Thank you for your positive wishes for her well-being and for her future. and, yes, she is a damn fine composer.
