Best film since My Dinner with Andre
"My Dinner with Andre" has always been my favourite flick. Now I have two favourite flicks, I suspect. It's not worth trying to make comparisons--I will only say that I think "Yes" is connected in some magical way with "My Dinner With Andre", and I'll leave it at that.

Thanks, Sally.

my unknown dinner companion, andre
i have never seen this film, though many people have spoken of it to me over the years. Your message has prompted a strong desire to find it, finally, and sit down and watch it. If YES is connected, as hors d'oeuvres, main course or dessert, i think i had better find out how and why and taste its companion delights.

Watching my dinner
The movie is easily available on DVD, but I should warn you that it is only in pan-and-scan full screen, so you won't get the full theatrical experience that I had when I first saw it on the big screen. Oh, well...

When I say they're "connected", they're certainly connected for me. Your mileage, as they say, may vary.
